Tried to book my 2019 BMW X3 for repair. I was told by the service manager that we (BMW Geelong) got terrible relationship with after market Mechanical warranty companies. Sometimes they take months to approve the quote(A big lie). We can't give you a loan car if you have an after market mechanical warranty exact words from the service manager, please book with another dealership; they may be able to help. We can't help you.
