Just tried to get my i8 serviced. Apparently the technicians,not mechanics, are not competent enough to change the oil.
I’m exceptionally impressed with the level of service and quality of customer care at this dealership. I normally avoid taking my new m4 to major dealerships but here I felt really good and comfortable - I had a major service done , which was upfront and detailed, I received reports and videos of my car and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect.

Vey terrible customer service by Joel, Chris, and Service Management Team. Chris got angry and furious when I asked him series of questions, Chris said he is losing his patience on me as customer and they kept me till 3:00pm while they promised to give my car at 1:00pm. When I told Chris my 4 years old child in in hot weather for 2 hours. Chris said I don’t care about your child.
