I have been throughly impressed by the respectful, considered and highly professional conduct of the representatives at BMW Geelong especially those in the mini department. Special call out to both Darren and Fergus who made the purchase process seamless from start to finish. It’s not often you feel assured enough to put your trust in the hands of car dealers, and yet the people who work here have done that with ease.
Had an unusual noise in my BMW 2 days before a road trip to Qld. BMW feeling fitted my car in at short notice even though they were fully booked, fixed the problem the same day and we were on our way. Excellent service as usual from this dealership!!
Tried to book my 2019 BMW X3 for repair. I was told by the service manager that we (BMW Geelong) got terrible relationship with after market Mechancial warranty companies. Sometimes they take months to approve the quote( A big lie). We can't give you a loan car if you have an after market mechancial warrantyexact words from the service manager, please book with another dealership; they may be able to help. We can't help you.
