I wish I could leave a 0 star review because this shop is terrible. Poor communication between the employees and their customers….not to mention I don’t think any of them actually know what they are doing. It took them 3 weeks to let me know that my Xbox was not gonna get fixed…when the initial wait time was told to be 3 days. Terrible service.
Conner went above and beyond to have my discontinued phone manufacturer fixed as quickly as possible for the best price available in the area. Impressed with the professionalism and customer service experience. Highly recommend.
That young man who helped me with very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was right. Have used a few times and very satisfied.
Extremely helpful. I went in to get my iphone checked out. It was having trouble charging. They cleaned the lightning port. Good as new and took 2 minutes. They didn’t have any screen protectors for my phone in stock. They ordered some and had them in 2 days later. They even installed it for me. Update- Phone was again having trouble charging. 2 minus cleaning. Good as new
