Fast...knowledgeable...great pricing. Totally recommend. I tried to repair myself and was really frustrated. Tech showed up and fixed the issue right away. We will use their services always.
Quick and painless diagnostic. The man I spoke to was polite and confident in what he knew which is a really big plus for me. I contacted a number of businesses including the manufacturers of the parts I needed to troubleshoot and they were significantly less knowledgeable and no help at all, unsurprisingly. However, one quick 5 minute phone session and the problem was pinpointed- I had a CPU that was dead on arrival. Thanks again for the help Geeks!
After our PC died(viruses) and we debated whether to take it to Micro Center - which is in the Galleria area and slightly expensive, we called Gary Barber of Geeks of Houston on Saturday 30 April , 2016 late AM to do an in home PC repair ( numerous viruses , reams of uninstalled Windows 8.1 updates and the dreaded Microsoft BSOD- Blue Screen of Death).
