Geeked Up Electronics has great customer service, reasonable prices, knowledgable staff, and is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Initially I took my computer some where else that charged for diagnostics which took almost a week, their customer service was #\$%\$ and the rate they wanted to charge was EXTREME! I dropped my macbook off tuesday and got it back today the mac store wanted twice as much and needed two weeks!! you guys rock.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!! THE MANGER IS RUDE AND THEY ARE A RIO OFF!!! We sent our play station 3 there for repair and we paid about \$95 after they had the system for about a week and said that everything was fine with it, then when we got it back it was still broke and when we tried to contact them (their label hours are open to 6pm) at 4 pm and on there was no answer, and then they said that they are open on Saturday s and when went showed up on Saturday they were closed. You cannot get a full answer from anyone, and when ... read more
