I purchased a laptop at bets buy for 2200 dollars. After two and a half years, it completely ceased to function; it simply would not turn on. I visited this location as a membership holder to inquire about potential repairs. I was informed that the laptop was beyond repair, with the motherboard and other components reportedly "fried," and that purchasing a new laptop would be cheaper than repairing my current one. When Apple sent me to a Geek Squad I was pretty surprised and not too pleased. I generally do not like to go to Best Buy. But I made an appointment, and within 15 minutes a very polite fellow was hearing my IPhone issues, and after a 15 minute session with my phone in the back room presented me with it, once again in perfect working order. I could not be happier with my experience.
Walked there for a few hours to fix my laptop just to get there and find they don’t even fix them anymore if I didn’t get it from best buy,it’s advertised as laptop repair,it’s the first thing that shows up for me
