Terrible Experience Geek Squad is all about upselling and money. I wonder when they will realize that if they dont start paying attention to the CUSTOMER they will eventually lose all business. Preforming mediocre services to consumers expecting top notch computer repairs will only get so far, and after awhile they will lose all their customers thus losing a large precentage of the money they make.
