They don’t even try to finds ways to help you. They even recommend you other places to fix your electronics because they are unable to help you.
My TV stopped working. Called Geek Squad. They informed we I have a warranty on my TV. After confirming my TV would not be able to be repaired offered me a gift card for the value of the TV.
Geek Squad was nice too. But two of cams do not work. So I need my refund.
Their customer service is piss poor. I went to see about my laptop which is not working. There was no one to accommodate me at first the person came out from the back maybe from a nap. I was told I had to purchase a $109 charger in order to see if my power adapter is the problem and I'm a member. I was told they only handle software issues. I called Geek Squad to mount my tv and they were charging $240 for mounting. Too damn expensive. Very disappointed
