When I scheduled my appointment over the phone, they said laptop repairs could be done same day. When I arrived, they said the laptop would need to be shipped off for 2 weeks. Big waste of time.
How can I delete this? I mistaken it with another store I went to.
This place is absolutely immoral. They will repeatedly charge you for messing up your computer and not tell you that you'll have to pay for even the mess ups. They completely destroyed my computer the 1st time around it wouldn't even turn on. I had assumed it was still under warranty because they had said that because I bought it in it would be covered, this was not the case. You’d assume geek means they’re intelligent, efficient, and knowledgeable about computers. Nothing of the sort. JJ is useless, avoid at all costs.
