Extremely unprofessional and incompetent service. I was forced to purchase an external hard drive for backup, yet they still managed to lose all of my data. Instead of accepting responsibility, they tried to shift the blame onto me with a completely baseless claim that my files were saved in a former employer’s cloud account — which I have not had access to for over two years. Rather than admitting their failure, they chose excuses. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid.

Never called never send a texted message. They said that they were here, I had 5 people waiting for them. They lied and got lazy and cancelled my appointment and rescheduled 3 weeks from now. To make it better, Best Buy has the worse customer service ever. Just don’t buy from them
