From the moment I met Justin Sedita, I felt at ease; he instilled a sense of trust that I wouldn’t be overcharged. His professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and efficiency were truly impressive. Justin replaced my old damper motor, which had been making an unbearable noise, with a top-notch new one. STAY AWAY. Horrible service. 4 appointments and no one showed up every time!! They tell me a supervisor will call, repairman will call, no one calls. No one at Best Buy cares to bother. Customer Support is the worst I've ever experienced with any company.

Horrible service. People who make appliance repair appointments have no way to communicate with service guys other than leave a note in computer but clearly does not result in any action. If the service person does nothing there is no recourse. They said service guys order the parts and are supposed to call the client to give updates. No one ever calls me to provide an update and I've been left waiting with no call on 2 different appointments. It's been many, many weeks waiting on my repair. I gave them my computer to update and after a week they gave me back a machine with NO OPERATING SYSTEM.
