Horrible experience at this location! So today I tried purchasing an open box TV online for the price of $284.99 in good condition. For some reason when I was trying to purchase it online, the payment wouldn’t go through. I decided to go to the location that had the TV and purchase it in store. Walking in the store, customer service was already horrible. I went to the front to ask about the TV and they sent me to the back (Theater Room), no one was there. Like literally no one to help you. I just stopped into this location as my laptop wouldn’t let me download anything that was not Microsoft. Agent Andy assisted me. He told me it was an easy fix and sounded like I was in S mode (I think). He literally pushed a button and my account synced with it and it was fixed. I cannot thank Andy enough of his support and patience with my questions! I am extremely grateful for the help!
