Used Geek Squad on West Charleston to do a simple data transfer to a new laptop, and they managed to wipe out 15 years of indexed work email history saved on the old laptop. Data that had been transferred seamlessly to other laptops several times over the years by other IT professionals. Of course, it’s anyone’s fault but theirs. Much more interested in protecting themselves than actually finding a solution. A group of incompetent people with no accountability who could care less. Go anywhere else.

The problem was resolved in a real timely fashion. Very professional.
Made an appointment…highly recommend to do so makes the visit more streamlined. Tech tried various options to try to resolve and diagnose the Laptop issue.
