I called ahead and asked if they worked on the meta quest 3. The guy said yes bring it in. I bring it in and they tell me they don't work on them and they only trade them of brought from the store. Thanks for wasting my time!!! The lady at the register said they just told me that over the phone to get me to come in..... Horrible
Used Geek Squad on West Charleston to do a simple data transfer to a new laptop, and they managed to wipe out 15 years of indexed work email history saved on the old laptop. Data that had been transferred seamlessly to other laptops several times over the years by other IT professionals. Of course, it’s anyone’s fault but theirs. Much more interested in protecting themselves than actually finding a solution. A group of incompetent people with no accountability who could care less. Go anywhere else.
