Schedule my appointment online for 11:20 and it is 30 minutes later and I still have not spoken to anybody. What is the point and scheduling a stupid appointment if you're not seen at the time that is scheduled? I am also the only person standing in line. It's not that I'm the only person in line is that they gave me an appointment at 11:20 when everybody was busy
The WORST. I took my computer to Geek Squad on a Monday after an update had lost all my info. I stressed to them that what was on my desktop was most important. They were able to recover my desktop items while I was there and showed them to me. They told me to leave my computer overnight so they could finish the back up and restore. Well, overnight turned into them having my computer for 4 days and they PERMANENTLY DELETED all my desktop. TWO years of work that I can never get back along with photos. Called to see about TV repairs and Melody was able to provide clear and useful information about my Tv's issues immediately. She advised me on what I should do with the TV as far as troubleshooting and future steps to take to try and solve my Tv's issues. Amazing employee.
