All I wanted to do was make an appointment at my local store. I called the local store, but AI sent me to corporate, where the automated system sent me through all sorts of loopholes, transferring me to non English fluent employees.
Worst experience ever. Stupid Ai, no person, no customer service. Just nothing. Best Buy has gone to hell in a hand basket.
