The WORST. I took my computer to Geek Squad on a Monday after an update had lost all my info. I stressed to them that what was on my desktop was most important. They were able to recover my desktop items while I was there and showed them to me. They told me to leave my computer overnight so they could finish the back up and restore. Called to see about TV repairs and Melody was able to provide clear and useful information about my Tv's issues immediately. She advised me on what I should do with the TV as far as troubleshooting and future steps to take to try and solve my Tv's issues. Amazing employee.
Good job. Transfered old computer to new computer and was not too expensive.
Terrible. Terrible Customer Service. Purchased $6,000 worth of TV's and audio. Frustrating that they electronics are having issues less than 1 year in, however whats worse is dealing with Best Buy to get it serviced. Calls to the store are routed to out of country and a waste of time
