Waste of time and gas coming here. The geek didnt offer anything but buying a new computer or taking it to someone who can diagnose and clean up my computer to get it running better. I was under the impression that those services were offered seeing as how you advertise that.
Outstanding in store and in home experience
They can’t even repair the back glass on an iPhone without shipping it away to Apple for two weeks. Complete waste of time and the “geek squad” rep was extremely condescending.
I had a very bad experience with the Best Buy repair store—not once, but twice. Don’t bring your laptop here for repair; there are plenty of local stores that can fix things quickly and fairly. First time: I had an LCD connector issue. Best Buy told me it would cost $1,000 because you should replace the motherboard.
