NEVER give your tech to these guys especially when they ship it to a repair center. I literally waited 3 weeks of progress only for them to tell me that they’re waiting on a part that would take over no more than 30 days to arrive and I wasn’t satisfied by the time I heard about it so I called them to ship it back. Low-and-behold under 3 days compared to a week’s worth of shipping when I handed my laptop to them and it took 8 days to get there and two days for them to “diagnose”. Waste of time and gas coming here. The geek didnt offer anything but buying a new computer or taking it to someone who can diagnose and clean up my computer to get it running better. I was under the impression that those services were offered seeing as how you advertise that.
Outstanding in store and in home experience
They can’t even repair the back glass on an iPhone without shipping it away to Apple for two weeks. Complete waste of time and the “geek squad” rep was extremely condescending.
