My husband and I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Kareem, the Geek Squad manager. Even though he was in the middle of moving TVs, he noticed us browsing and immediately stopped what he was doing to help. Disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of communication of their repair service. Took my laptop in to fix the screen hinge. My agent kept trying to sell me a new laptop when I was adamant on only wanting a repair, and I just noticed he wrote down the wrong laptop in the repair service notes. My FB account was compromised and I was unable to sign back in. I had 3 appointments with Geek Squad and I finally got info from FB that would help Jose get me signed back in. He did an awesome job. It is almost impossible to find a way to navigate FB. Jose "almost" wasn't able to manage it but he was diligent. After an hour he was successful. Kudos to Jose. Everyone there (all 3 days) were extremely nice and helpful!!
The Mac to my cheese, if it wasn’t for the geeks. I would’ve forgotten about Best Buy altogether
