Disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of communication of their repair service. Took my laptop in to fix the screen hinge. My agent kept trying to sell me a new laptop when I was adamant on only wanting a repair, and I just noticed he wrote down the wrong laptop in the repair service notes. My FB account was compromised and I was unable to sign back in. I had 3 appointments with Geek Squad and I finally got info from FB that would help Jose get me signed back in. He did an awesome job. It is almost impossible to find a way to navigate FB. Jose "almost" wasn't able to manage it but he was diligent. After an hour he was successful. Kudos to Jose. Everyone there (all 3 days) were extremely nice and helpful!!
The Mac to my cheese, if it wasn’t for the geeks. I would’ve forgotten about Best Buy altogether
Cesar and Matt from the geek squad installed my tv and were really kind and professional, they were so amazing and they wouldn’t even let me tip them!!!!! They did a great job installing the tv, cleaned up after themselves, were great communicators, highly recommend. Thank you Cesar and Matt!!
