I am absolutely devastated. Several weeks ago we trusted our personal hard drive filled with 1TB of memories (including our wedding photos and videos, as well as the only photos and videos we have of out daughter that passed away in infancy) to the Geek Squad. We were told we would receive updates and we never did. We kept calling and never hearing back.
