Really unimpressed. We paid for the $179.99 plan to take advantage of the services that come with it, but after this first experience, I'm over it. Computer wasn't cleaned, even though we'd requested it twice. They're not equipped with a 4K monitor to use for stress tests. They also lost the screws for our motherboard and we're finding out almost a month later. I'll be cancelling the membership as soon as I can.
I am absolutely devastated. Several weeks ago we trusted our personal hard drive filled with 1TB of memories (including our wedding photos and videos, as well as the only photos and videos we have of out daughter that passed away in infancy) to the Geek Squad. We were told we would receive updates and we never did. We kept calling and never hearing back.
