Cannot get in contact with representative in store here off phone # provided. Someone purchased a phone using my information here. Really speaks to their security measures.
Terrible phone service gave me the run around to call different places with zero end result and incorrect information on TV not repairable. It is repairable by a real TV shop according to the one I called. Don’t call expecting help. Update 10/23/23 upgraded from 1 star to 3. As a total tech member I have got excellent support. The also did a hard drive recovery and it went well.
