All I have to say is Zubair and Rafa are absolute gems in this place. They assisted me even though I did not have a Best Buy/Geek Squad membership. They helped set up my PC for gaming purposes by recommending parts and installing them for me at no cost. Because of these two I spent over $200 at the store and I’m a returning customer. We make an appointment to repair and everything was fine the guys really professional, after two hours our device was ready for pick up, when we arrived at the location we had to wait almost an hour because the only two guys that where working were busy with others appointment and nobody was free to help us, they should inform that you need also appointments for pick up because everyone always has something to do with their personal time.
Technical job : Computer Assembly. I got all the parts together and since I was a Total Tech member decided to have these guys assemble together to save me time. They also verified that my PSU was DoA so had to get a new one. PROS : This is a gaming rig so a bit of technical know how is needed. The technician I was assigned to was very knowledgeable. Set up an appointment to replace my iphone battery. However, upon arrival, I was told that I would have to come at another time since there was only one technician working on several phones. 1 star for poor communication and not honoring appointments. Does not matter if they have stock available or not as service is “first come, first serve” basis.
