I was holding onto an old laptop with pictures I could no longer access from my child's birth to his early years. 15 years later, I finally took the step and asked the Geek squad if they could help me recover those photos. And they DID! $200 was the cost. And it was worth every cent. They re-covered almost 55k photos and videos for me. Thank you to Danny G. for helping me and recovering everything within hours of my visit! I attached one of the photos they recovered for me!
Absolute trash. They auto renewed a warranty that I didn’t even k ow we signed up for when we purchased our daughter’s laptop. A year later we get a bill for $179 in our credit card. I have spent multiple attempts trying to get it handled and canceled with rude service and one agent hanging up on me after spending 35 minutes on the phone with him.
