The geek squad service of Best Buy is OK, pretends to be quite slow. There are other places that would be faster than justice cheap, this one is convenient.

I came in for an iPhone screen replacement, and through the AppleCare online portal I was able to come in for my scheduled appointment luckily ASAP the next day. When I came in, I was greeted by a woman who informed me that she would have to CHECK if they even had my phone screen in stock to do the repair. To get it fixed with geek squad I had to come back another day.
