Just went to get it repaired and they said they couldn’t for some apparent reason that I’d have to go thru Apple and did they directed me here and that’s the answer I got there warranty process is ridiculous avoid this location at all cost!!
Don't waist your time. Answering service is in some other country. They can't tell you if they will fix anything even if you have specifics of what is wrong. Wait in line for 20 mins at your appointment time to be told it isn't something they fix.
Very rude staff
Promise you everything on the phone then when you get there they do nothing. Really wish I would have known this after spending hours of back and forth with them. They could do absolutely nothing whatsoever I get more help from AI.
