Terrible customer service. Going through geeksquad for apple is a terrible idea. One associate will tell you one thing and then the next time you come in, they won't be there and the next person looks at you like you're crazy. This happened 3 times where I received different info. If you can, avoid dealing with geeksquad directly. Contact customer service through applecare or get an android.
they have held my airpods without any email or text for 6 weeks. find my is telling me the airpods are at the store, apple also says they were delivered to the store and no repair was done. went in to just pick them up and i was told by travis i need an appointment to pick them up. to pick up airpods that i wasnt even given an email about??? Also its time for travis to drop calling people "G"
Avery at geek squad was amazing. He genuinely is so nice and caring to his costumers. He’s very personable and good at what he does. Thank you again Avery.
Just went to get it repaired and they said they couldn’t for some apparent reason that I’d have to go thru Apple and did they directed me here and that’s the answer I got there warranty process is ridiculous avoid this location at all cost!!
