Very rude staff
Promise you everything on the phone then when you get there they do nothing. Really wish I would have known this after spending hours of back and forth with them. They could do absolutely nothing whatsoever I get more help from AI.
Extremely disappointed. Took my old iMac to this geek squad to save all my pictures out of it and find out what’s failing with the computer. They sold me on the data retrieval service for $100. They did not clarify if there would be any additional fees. I assumed the service included everything needed for data retrieval. My iPhone 16 Pro Max needed a screen replacement - it was cracked and nonresponsive. The staff told me they couldn't replace my iPhone screen without cracking the back of the iPhone and ruining the phone completely. Their reasoning was that it was cracked on the bottom right corner. This made no sense to me or my friend, and they weren't able to explain their reasoning.
