I do not often write reviews but felt compelled to make the effort after my visit here this past week. I have been to this Best Buy location several times over the past 8+ years since it opened so am familiar with the routine and the wait times/appointments. Never a bad experience. This time, I was desperate as the "pop-up" keyboard in my Android phone just disappered so I could not text, email and then when the screen timed out and the phone locked, could not open. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this location was extremely disappointing. Made an appointment online for an iPhone screen replacement. Nobody contacted me the day of, so figured my appt was all set. When I arrived a female employee told me that they did have the parts to replace the screen, but the one tech who is trained to fix iPhone 13’s “wasn’t in and wouldn’t be available for a couple days.” She also told me it would take 4 hours to fix.
