For the past year my battery was draining very quick. So figure it's the battery so I bought a new one on Amazon. I wanted to see if I could put it myself so I did. The worst experience ever. I spent over $600 on repairs for my stove, but the parts were replaced and never functioned correctly. A technician visited twice and identified another component as the source of the issue. However, he was unable to locate the missing parts, and my stove remains non-functional. Despite my request for reimbursement or at least some credit, Geek Squad has refused. THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME
My laptop had an issue where the battery would discharge overnight, so I went to Geek squad and they sent in my like new laptop in for repair due to a bad battery. When I got the laptop back yesterday it was very dirty and had a lot of dust, smudges, marks and even scratches underneath the laptop that was not there before. I asked to talk to the manager that was on duty and he said that there was nothing that he could do about and gave me the corporate number for Best Buy.
