Worst company you can deal with working with Best Buy couple years ago we purchased Samsung refrigerator and we kept getting the ice maker freezing up they came kept replacing the same parts over and over instead of replacing the refrigerator completely cheap company to deal with stay away doing business with them they have very unprofessional technicians and I ended up calling Samsung directly had the direct Samsung technician show up replace the parts several parts until they decided to replace the computer main board and ... read more
