The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Went in for a battery issue. Was told it was fine. Diagnostic was good. “Just update your phone”. I did. Phone still dying on 65% and draining incredibly fast. Came back and bought a battery, and they had to order it. Fine. Came back when it arrived and dropped my phone off. Came back to pick it up only to be told it was a swollen battery and they didn’t have a part they needed for the back of the phone. They suggested I go to Apple. Fine. Exceptional experience getting my phone screen replaced.
I rarely give bad reviews but this place is the worst I’ve ever experience. Customer service is horrible. Nobody here knows what’s going on. They never call to follow up. You have to show up to check on the status of the ordered parts. They walk to the back and disappear for like 30min. I waited so long to get an answer that I went shopping, paid for my stuff, and they still never came back up front to update me. I feel like they go in the back to hide and stall. The experience I had with Tory at the geek squad, was above and beyond 5 stars. Tory took the time to explain everything so l understood “tech talk” very knowledgeable,professional and patient. I will return to the Rock Hill SC ( Best Buy Geek Squad) for all of Technical issues Thank You Tory.
