2 days before the appointment I confirmed the home service because they asked me to confirm. Leonardo was technician assigned. The day of the appointment he canceled it for no reason. He took it upon himself to cancel it. Mind you it was a Manager who had set the appointment because regular geek squad members were unable to do it. Unprofessional service. Service? My bad, not even Unprofessional because I didn't even received a service. Irresponsible to say the least.
Rude when they answer the phone and that's when they answer cause it's rare you actually talk to someone and no help what so ever
