My tablet worked correctly except it wouldn't open directly using the icons. I took it in for an update because it was old. They told me they could update it. It was a big mistake. They didn't update it, nor could they restore it to its previous state. My experience with the technicians was horrible. They even justified their error by providing false information about the tablet's physical condition and age. I came in for a diagnostic for my pc and was told I should get a membership. I declined. When I asked if I would get the results of the diagnostic Cesar said no I would only be “told”. I then asked so I wouldn’t get any paperwork from my diagnostic and he said yes and it would list what’s wrong with the computer. Felt like he was trying to convince me to get the membership and when I said no, he didn’t care about my issue anymore.
