My husband brought his computer in and they said it had a bad processor. So we went down to the store and waited 30 minutes to talk to a geek squad worker who had no idea what she was talking about. Wow. Had the most unnecessarily complicated experience here. Made an appointment through Apple to repair my iPad as the glass had broken (screen still worked, only glass had broken) and I didn’t want to cut my fingers using it.
