Edit up to two stars from one since i was able to get a full refund with zero hassle. Keep in mind that I would have never known there was a problem if I didn't have my pc RGB lights set up to indicate CPU temp. Had the geek squad install a new GPU, PSU, and water cooled CPU cooler. Got home, fires up a game, instantly my whole tower lights up red. Again, if I didn't have this light configuration, I would have kept gaming until my CPU died a premature death. Geek squad technicians are awesome, it’s the terrible customer care- via chat & telephone.. I’ve received bogus a email alleging total tech renewal at charge of $419 is due. Contacted both- chat and phone to verify if customary, as email under Geek Squad cover and 45 days in advance. Both replied I’m in sales and referred me to contact 888#, exact # dialed.. and try chat w/ an agent. What! Both referred me to the other.. Decided to reach out to invoice sender.
