I did not my TV was Delivery Address and was Arrival Window on of 7/17/2024, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. It was Order Date July 6, 2024. Why? Your Best Buy should have Date Arrival Window on 7/7/2024. I will speak to find your Business Manager to sooner! I will be upset!
I recently dropped off my Lenova Laptop off at the Montgomeryville, PA Best Buy and was met by Juan who was very professional and friendly. He did a diagnostic and determined it needed a new hard drive and presented several choices. While I was there was another person getting a computer looked at that got very loud and vulger and Juan kept his cool and understanding and it looked like Jaun help the customer to a resolution.
