Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me in for my appointment, there’s only 3 team members and at least 15 people waiting. Just left, huge waste of time

The worst. They didn’t even try to diagnose the problem with the phone. Gave no options or anything. I will never go there again.

Was told at appointment 5-7days for my son's phone repair. No loaner phone available. 10 days later revieved a call (after calling for status) and they left a message saying for the same color phone they needed to keep the phone for 20 more days or another color could be picked call back to let them know which option he wanted to go with. My wife recently went in for help with a computer issue, and she said the employee who assisted her was extremely rude and made her feel dumb for asking questions. She mentioned his name tag said Cameron This type of treatment toward customers is not acceptable. I will be contacting corporate regarding this situation.
