Tried to schedule iPhone battery replacement. First tech didn’t show at time of first appointment. Rescheduled. Second appointment was even worse. Estimated time for replacement went from 30-40 minutes to over 3 hours. These guys have no clue what they’re talking about. Stay away
The attendant at the counter was nice enough to work with us and I’m thankful he didn’t charge us for the diagnostics, but we are disappointed that they would not honor the warranty work needed on our device.
Called me and left a message to cancel an appointment stating that they don’t have parts to service an Apple Watch when my appointment was regarding an Apple Care exchange, not a repair. I tried to call back within 10 minutes and was met with a “call back within business house” message. I was well within business hours, I mean they just called me!
