I had an amazing experience with Geek Squad. My PC was having serious GPU issues and I honestly thought it was done for, but they completely saved it. Terrible customer service. The manager, Mr. Will, was extremely unhelpful, and I waited an hour just to buy my items. Very disappointing.
I contacted Geek Squad to make an appointment to change out my hard drive. Person no appointment required just stop by. DO NOT tell people something that is not true. Appointments help save me time and guarantee a quick service.
My son had an issue with his laptop and took it to a Geek Squad Fort Worth by his school. They were not helpful nor could the fix his laptop. I took it to the Frisco (El Dorado) location and Amaan not only knew the issue and how to fix it, he was super helpful walking me through the issue and even FaceTimed my son to talk him through it. Thank you so much for saving the day!
