The Geek Squad at BEST BUYS in Springfield Pennsylvania are the pits. They simply do not want to work! I would not give them 2 stars because that would be giving them too much undue credit. They would get NO STARS BUT THE APPP WON’T ALLOW YOU TO POST A COMMENT WITHOUT GIVING THEM AT LEAST 1 STAR!
Never again will I use the Geek Squad, quite possibly, never again will I use Best Buy because of it. I gave them my computer to fix when it was acting up and after two or three days or so they said it was done. However, I would probably notice a few changes. Yeah, I did, first noticed was MICROSOFT OFFICE WAS GONE. I've had Office since I got the computer, plus all the computers BEFORE this one. I would not recommend this Geek Squad at the moment as I was mislead and lied to several times by team members who don’t seem to speak to one another. 1) 2 geeksquad crew told me modified device could be sent out under my bought geeksquad warranty as long as I removed the modified parts. This was told to me to be false by the manager. 2) I was told I could get a data wipe on my computer that they knew did not always boot.
