Absolutely horrible. I went to get a screen protector replaced. Charged $8 to take 10 minutes only for it to not be on correctly. I then had to purchase a new $25 screen protector for them to put on wrong, again. They then grabbed another one to replace, and 70 minutes later, I was seemingly out the door. I noticed some bubbles around the edges, and they said they would go away on their own and to place my phone screen down and put a few books on it to help it set. Geek Squad came through! They checked out my 1.5 year old laptop which had some unusual fan rattling...and their opening the back and blowing air to get rid of the dust...did it. Machine is back to purring and doing heavy-duty things! Great customer service! Thanks!
