Mason is awesome at Geek Squad. He is super knowledgeable about computers. I had my laptop back in 24 hours. I just got on my laptop and it works a lot better now. I will be back for my future tech needs. Thank you so much!
Trying to set up an appointment and it needs a Best Buy account which I don’t have or want Phone called was over 6 minutes wait and still no one
My husband signed up for Geek Squad service and last week needed their assistance. After working with them on the phone, removing I. They still could not fix or identify our problem with our printer. They gave us an appt to come to our home but could not come for a week. Our appt time was 7AM to 7PM, it is now 7:10PM, no Geek Squad. We tried to call this morning to try to get a pin down time even within 2–3 hr window. No o e would answer the phone. Pitiful service, I would not even give them 1 star
