Today’s service for my laptop was provided by Devin Gilmour who was—despite being very busy—cordial, professional and helpful. He quickly assessed my software issue, analyzed the situation, developed a strategy, and resolved the problem. Terrific people skills, excellent critical thinking and problem solving, positive encounter in every way.

DEVIN Gilmore did a wonderful job cleaning up my phone from all the ads that were interfering with the operation of my phone. My phone would not allow me to make an apptmt but he helped me anyway.

Brought my laptop in a week ago. They said it would be a day or two to reinstall Windows. One week later, no word. When I called I spent 40 minutes on hold before they hung up on me. I have no idea if they will ever fix it or if I'm just lost in their system. Nobody seems to care about service. When I've dropped by previously I was ignored, even when I had an appointment. If I knew it would be over a week I would have used someone else as I had work files I needed to access. Never again.
