Trying to speak to a human being by calling these geeks is damn near I possible. Automated phone system is dismissive and I ended up getting into a loop between geeksquad robot on the phone and some outsourced moron who knew nothing and tried to make me call geeksquad back lol this company sucks
Took it there to get the fan replace.They took it to the back to get the part number and said it would be 40-80 dollar's to replace it depending on how hard it would be I took it home and it wouldn't turn on So I took it the back off and they never put a wire back so I did and it turned on. Went back and now they are saying it would be 200 dollar's plus to replace lol Just seems like a big scam to buy thier plan of 180 dollars
I had a wire come loose in my radio and they felt free and willing to help me out real quick and rewire for me. Great people
Had work done at my home and the Geek Squad came out. Dillion was his name. He was fantastic. I recommend him highly.
