June 7 I brought my Apple Pencil in as it was under warranty to best buy geek squad to get it repaired. Ryan assisted me and he took my Apple Pencil, extra tips and adapters all in to see why it was not paring to my iPad Ryan said Apple needed everything in order to find out what the problem was. Today I get a call from Ryan he said guess what Apple sent you a new pencil but when I opened it today. It was missing the adapter and extra tip. I can't believe that it takes almost three weeks to get a one day repair done It took these people one week to send my item like 30 minutes away from the store and another week to send it back to the store It took them ONE day to do the repair Not happy at all
