Took my laptop to troubleshoot an issue. It was returned after 2 days saying their were some minor errors fix. When I tried to use it at hm, same problem appeared. Took it back for another 3 days and now I was told the CPU was bad and couldn't be fix. How did they miss that during first diagnostic. Have no confidence in their work.

took my iphone to them because a piece of my charger broke off inside the port. they told me they would have to send it off to apple because they "didnt have the tools to fix it there" the dude spent maybe 30 seconds looking at it. i came home and got it out myself with a nail file. they didn't even try. would give 0 stars if i could.

If you go in and speak to them, they are very helpful and even offer solutions without appointments

Calling the store to talk to someone in regards to a general question is a difficult process! It shouldn’t be that difficult to just ask a simple question. My call was routed many times and I was expected to have a receipt and my laptop in front of me just to ask a simple question. I was unable to speak with any human at all! I am a huge fan of technology, but I must say that this is not working for your Company. Customer service involves a human touch, too! That means more than an automated system to address customer needs!
