Centennial's Worst Geek Squad I took a hp notebook in for repair, won't start up from sleep mode or shut off if it did not wake up. I was told the first time there was nothing wrong with it. When I picked it up the tech witnessed the issue and sent it out for repair with a detailed note as to the issue. I picked it up two weeks later to find out that the hp tech in Kentucky replaced a bad speaker (that wasn't bad). This notebook is only three months old at this point.
