Would not recommend Best buy total equipment program. They do not hold up on their end at all. Order the phone April 6th I was told I would have it in 2 days and here it is the 12th of April still no phone. I go in store to see what's going on and I was told I have to wait 5 more days. The order is made but there is no tracking number and nobody could give me an answer why. Highly would not recommend Best buy or geek squad in highland Indiana
I don't understand bad reviews IA gentleman called yesterday said he will be out the next day. He arrived on time and I had great service and he explained everything!!! So he will be back next week. The part has to be ordered. I am very pleased that The gentleman is my repair guy. Great service! Oven Repair.
I came in today with my PC overheating, I talked to the man, the myth, the legend, GRIFFIN! That dude helped me out so much and hooked me up! He is such a phenomenal worker and is great with PC's. Great employee!
