I had an appointment on a tuesday. I inadvertently came in on monday. Same time assuming someone had deleted my appointment from my calendar. Needless to say I wasn't the best customer. But griffith in the geek square department. Handle me like a true professional. Which reflecting back I appreciate it. Because I was totally wrong. It Is customer service reps / service tech like Griffin that makes bestbuy geeks squad so great...
Would not recommend Best buy total equipment program. They do not hold up on their end at all. Order the phone April 6th I was told I would have it in 2 days and here it is the 12th of April still no phone. I go in store to see what's going on and I was told I have to wait 5 more days. The order is made but there is no tracking number and nobody could give me an answer why. Highly would not recommend Best buy or geek squad in highland Indiana
I don't understand bad reviews IA gentleman called yesterday said he will be out the next day. He arrived on time and I had great service and he explained everything!!! So he will be back next week. The part has to be ordered. I am very pleased that The gentleman is my repair guy. Great service! Oven Repair.
