Absolutely horrible experience. My computer turned off randomly and they said it was most likely an internal battery. They lost my computer for a few days when sending it out for repair, it took them days to find the credit apple applied to the serial number then I get my computer back and its wiped clean. All my photos, videos, and work from the last 2 years. Gone. They never mentioned anything about that being a possibility and should've backed it up when they had the computer open and access to the hard drive. In complete... read more
