I hired the Geek Squad/Flower Mound Best Buy, for a Home installation. Needed help as a senior. Activated laptop, small printer, and connect to wifi. I set up an appointment, they came in the given window time. The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. My old MAC OS computer was very limited, browser problems, could not access some old files, and ready to recycle. NOW ONLINE ANY HAPPY ! And new things to learn...
Always there for me, great service and technical abilities. We have Total Tech, we’ll worth it with four people in our home with tons of electronics.
I had two issues with my laptop: 1, My keyboard was unresponsive and 2, and data storage questions between hard drive and Cloud. Gabriel was very helpful and patient in fixing my keyboard and thoroughly explained my options on utilizing my storages. Only reason it’s 4star is because of the wait and there were other techs behind the counter while there was a long line of customers.
