I dropped off my grandmas iMac to be cleaned but they chipped the computer while bringing it out to me. I understand stuff happens and they said they would fix it so it was no big deal. They have texted me saying it was ready when it wasn’t causing me to waste time and gas. Also they said they would call me which they never did. I will never spend a dime at any Best Buy ever again. They are completely useless and unreliable
