Refused to look at my pc with a simple motherboard issue without paying a $180 membership fee, although best buy has it advertised that they will give you a free 30 minute diagnosis.
After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I finally asked one of the two gentlemen working on another customer’s laptop if someone was going to help me.
