They book up fast even if the it appears like they have a lot of openings online. They were very helpful even though they could not repair my device.

I had an appointment scheduled for battery replacement at 1:00 for iphone. The geek squad made me wait for 45 mins and attended all other people before me. 45 mins later the guy comes in and says he cannot login to apple server and told me to come at 3:00. After i reached at 3:00 they say that you would have to go to official apple store as we cant do replacement. The geek squad in best buy is the official repair shop according to apple but has the worst technical representatives and service
Didn't answer the phone. Closed early. Wasted my time & 2 trips
