Customer service is tough for sure but this place compared to federal way geek squad is day and night. Always get taken care of and have good customer service. They always give good advice. Doesn't matter who employee has helped me and I've been in a lot. Even to ask questions about word and excell.
Be careful before bringing your DEVICES!! It was clear this kind of issue has happened before, especially since I was told “they won’t do anything.” So before taking your device to the Tukwila Best Buy, be aware that this is how you’ll likely be handled.
