After my experience at this geek squad location, I would never spend any time or money with them again. I came in for a charger repair on my iPhone, was told to sign a 3 page agreement to “authorize repair” was never verbally told or warned once that my entire phone and data would be wiped. I went back to try and rectify the situation within 24 hours, and the employee I dealt with basically told me I was stupid and should’ve read every page of fine print on the contract because he does himself. I brought my father tonight and had appointment. We got there and didn’t wait long at all. The gentleman that did our appointment was Dante. I just wanted to say we need a lot more Dante’s in this world. He was professional, easy to talk to and helpful. He took his time and was wonderful. We hear way too many complaints not enough good. Had the best experience with Geek squad at Best Buy! Derek and Joe were great! They were very personable and informative. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They were able to fix my son’s gaming system easily and for less money then I would have paid elsewhere. Thank you so much!
