The absolute worst Geek Squad! The team here are lost, unprofessional, lack the knowledge of process and customer service. Just a bunch of kids there to make money, they are not there to help with your products.
I went to get a battery replaced for my iPhone 13 and the first time I went, an appointment had to be made for the next week. I said sure, that’s fine. I got there at my appointment time and suddenly now there’s no battery in stock for it, with a suggestion to go to Cumberland Mall in Atlanta or to come back next week. I live 30 minutes from Hiram and I can’t keep coming back and forth. Why not make sure the battery is in stock if they knew I was coming? It’s ridiculous.
I took my son’s gaming computer there to the one in Hiram. Told them that it was, “Blue screening” and they said they could fix it and they would call me when it’s ready. They never called, so after a few days I called them and they said yes it’s ready, did no one call you? I told the lady no, they didn’t. I go pick it up and they said that it was fixed. I took in my outdated computer because the screen stopped working. The guy was nice and said that because it was an old windows that they dd not service it but gave me a referral. He also said that if I purchased the computer from Best Buy that they would transfer the data on my old computer to the new one for free.
