I took my son’s gaming computer there to the one in Hiram. Told them that it was, “Blue screening” and they said they could fix it and they would call me when it’s ready. They never called, so after a few days I called them and they said yes it’s ready, did no one call you? I told the lady no, they didn’t. I go pick it up and they said that it was fixed. I took in my outdated computer because the screen stopped working. The guy was nice and said that because it was an old windows that they dd not service it but gave me a referral. He also said that if I purchased the computer from Best Buy that they would transfer the data on my old computer to the new one for free. Fast forward 2 weeks...I made my appointment to transfer my data. Online chat said that there would be a $99 fee.
