Worst phone system ever.
Be extra careful with this people...I took in my 5 years old laptop for software upgrade...the first thing he suggested without even opening the laptop was you need to buy a new one and they will transfe all my data into the new one....their primary objective is to sell you a laptop...very disappointed ....
Geek squad in Irvine. Horrible service. Do not get geek squad. Waste of money.
they need to explain themselves better. We lost $300 due to a trade in and they did not reset our bill like we asked them too. They need better employees and better customer service.
