Extremely inconvenient process. I wanted to drop off my laptop for a future repair, but since their appointment slots were full, they wouldn't even let me leave the device. I’m not expecting a repair while I wait, so requiring an appointment just to drop it off is unnecessary. I’m going to a different shop that understands how to handle a basic drop-off.
Thank you for waiting months of me waiting for my scheduled appointment to cancel it the exact day of to tell me you do not work on trucks until spring time. You know what kind of vehicle it is when you make the appointment for me. This is ridiculous.
