Went there a few times due to computer and iPad hacks. Other things online were addressed for me to protect my stuff. I was basically treated like get the old lady out of the store. Had tech issues. Then the last time when nothing was fixed after they wiped out much of my needed data and removed my pictures of trips etc. Gone forever. I asked for pictures to be saved. Computer still not fixed. Extremely inconvenient process. I wanted to drop off my laptop for a future repair, but since their appointment slots were full, they wouldn't even let me leave the device. I’m not expecting a repair while I wait, so requiring an appointment just to drop it off is unnecessary. I’m going to a different shop that understands how to handle a basic drop-off.

Thank you for waiting months of me waiting for my scheduled appointment to cancel it the exact day of to tell me you do not work on trucks until spring time. You know what kind of vehicle it is when you make the appointment for me. This is ridiculous.
