I scheduled an appointment to fix a Lenovo laptop just to be told that they don’t work on Lenovo laptops and I needed to send it to Lenovo to have it fixed. Waste of time that was an easy phone call or text for them.
This is the slowest and most unorganized geek squad crew you will ever experience.
I live 6 minutes from this location, scheduled 2 times over 2 weeks span, 1 schedule was cancelled as they don’t have tech , the second time cancelled as the tech don’t have the tool to fix the phone , just wasted our time, worthless . I’m scheduling to go Greenhills which is 45 minutes away but I’m willing to take my chances rather this Bestbuy place, I love Best Buy and they should kick those losers out .
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!! For 2 weeks now I have been trying to make an appointment to get my iPhone fixed and I keep getting calls saying that they can’t see me because the don’t have a “tech” why do they advertise themselves as a place to fix iPhones if they can’t do anything for you?????
This review is not for the Geek Squad as a whole for this location, but specifically for their staff member Sky Young. I came in with a computer question which was embarrassingly easy to fix and rudimentary (I am not good with technology) and she was so helpful while also being kind, not making me feel stupid in any way. She was a pleasure to interact with and would recommend her specifically to work with! It was clear she would not try and take advantage of anyone and I walked away very happy with my experience.
