Geek squad more like we waste your time squad DONT COME HERE IF YOU'RE HOPING TO GET A FREE Diagnosis BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET YOU UNLESS THE PROBLEM IS "VERY SIMPLE" And to make it worse they offered a free 20 min diagnosis over the phone and then was told NO in store and then the employee sugested that I pay $180 for a service plan! SO IN CONCLUSION DONT COME HERE BECAUSE Geek squad is just mediocre squad >=[
The employees were very knowledgeable about the problems with my computer. They were kind and patient as well as understanding. They fixed my computer and I had it back the next day. Thanks Geek Squad!
Diagnosed by battery issue on my laptop and got my battery replaced promptly!
