Place is a complete joke. I waited 20 days to receive what I thought was a fixed Macbook Pro after signing paperwork and waiting in-store for nearly 30 minutes as staff ran diagnostics for a cracked display (not screen), during which they failed to notify me that Apple had classified the issue an out-of-warranty one and reached out to confirm whether I’d like to proceed with the repair for an updated quote. I scheduled an appointment to fix a Lenovo laptop just to be told that they don’t work on Lenovo laptops and I needed to send it to Lenovo to have it fixed. Waste of time that was an easy phone call or text for them.
This is the slowest and most unorganized geek squad crew you will ever experience.
I live 6 minutes from this location, scheduled 2 times over 2 weeks span, 1 schedule was cancelled as they don’t have tech , the second time cancelled as the tech don’t have the tool to fix the phone , just wasted our time, worthless . I’m scheduling to go Greenhills which is 45 minutes away but I’m willing to take my chances rather this Bestbuy place, I love Best Buy and they should kick those losers out .
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!! For 2 weeks now I have been trying to make an appointment to get my iPhone fixed and I keep getting calls saying that they can’t see me because the don’t have a “tech” why do they advertise themselves as a place to fix iPhones if they can’t do anything for you?????
