I went to Geek Squad because my phone wouldn’t wake up. They told me it was a battery issue and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 12:00 PM. When I arrived, they had changed my appointment to 12:40 without telling me. I waited over an hour for no reason—there was no one else there, yet they still made me wait. When it was finally my turn, it took them 8 minutes to tell me it wasn’t the battery and that I needed to go to Apple to replace my phone. So, hours wasted just to be redirected somewhere else.

My husband and I visited Geek Squad twice in the same week, assisted by the same representative both times. Despite spending an hour with him during our first visit, he acted like he had never seen us before on the second visit. This might be understandable given the number of customers he encounters. During both visits, we dropped off two computers. My appointment was with agent Austin in the Lynnwood Best Buy store. With each question I had, and going at my pace, he explained how my IPhone works. I had a few stumbling blocks, but with his patience and support, I overcame them. He had simplfied things where I had complicated them. And that's quite a feat! I am very grateful for his service, and am happy to have found the place to go for any tech help I need. Thank you for honoring this customer's commendaton for Austin. Madelene

Painful and horrible experience. Paid Apple care premium to have a barely shattered iPhone screen replaced through them, appt was at 3:20, they were running behind so I got checked in finally by like 4:30, told me to come back to pick up the phone in 45 mins, I came back an hour and a half later and some other guy told me there was a "miscommunication" and the dudes are just getting back from lunch and are just NOW starting my repair so I had to wait another hour and a half.
