I had an appointment and still stood in line waiting for over 20 minutes. I left and went to a computer store down the road to get my electronics repaired.
I needed a diagnostic report on a TV and monitor for an insurance claim. I called the store number and got a lady in India... She gave me another number to call for the local Geek Squad... Got a guy in India... He told me to bring the TV and monitor into the store and they would provide the diagnostic report... My wife and I (senior citizens) figured out a way to transport the huge 75" TV to the store... We got there and they had a sign with check-ins for the geek squad... I had a bad experience with Geek Squad online so I hauled my laptop into the store. Amitoj assisted me. He was absolutely wonderful! Had a calming, "we've got this" demeanor and walked me through everything as he completed different tasks to help me. Spectacular customer service skills.

Overpriced on their services no matter how simple and constantly trying to shake you down for extra cash at any opportunity your better off going to a Ma & Pop store for computer services.
